STUDY ON TILLAGE RESISTANCE AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF A PLAIN STRAIGHT ROTARY BLADE FOR STRIP TILLAGE

چکیده
The issue of reducing tillage resistance and lowering energy consumption has become increasingly relevant. Strip a positive impact on soil protection reduction. This study analysed the components rotary blades their relationship with operating parameters developed mathematical between (power fuel consumption). We summarised into three parts: air resistance, lateral rotational friction (divided horizontal vertical resistance), shear force. By theoretical analysis coupled simulation tests 11 (DEM-CFD), we obtained an friction, force 0.0883 N, 97.21 893.496 respectively, accounting for 0.01%, 9.81%, 90.18% resistance. Meanwhile, found that decreased linearly increase angular speed, which was opposite Horizontal increased in contact area. Shear significantly speed. Fuel field test power formed to build correspondence point, torque, established.

Energy consumption in Iran is a subject of debate. Some may think that oil is cheap in Iran and thus no need for this kind of research. This simple minding is erroneous first because Iran subsidizes billion dollars each year for the imported diesel fuel specially for agricultural use and second because energy studies reveal the degree of professionally using the technology. We can easily find t...

seed germination, is a new alternative to no-till in areas where poorly drained soils are dominant. Where soil moisture conditions are suitable, strip-tillage creates narrow-width tilled strips, traditionally in the fall, to increase early spring soil evaporation and soil temperature in the top 2 inches. This is particularly effective in poorly drained wet soils, where slightly raised soil stri...
